// remote workflow
From address to PDF proposal — no site visit required
Six stages, one remote pipeline. Helios scans the roof, takes intake, engineers the system, prices it, models 20 years of savings, and ships a branded PDF proposal.
The six-stage remote pipeline
Preliminary satellite scan
Helios reads the roof from orbit — footprint, usable area, usable %, peak sun hours per year, max modules, and a ceiling system size. No truck, no ladder.
Project intake
A short questionnaire captures utility usage, preferred panel size and placement, roof type/age/condition, shading and obstructions, property and permitting context, goals (savings vs. backup power), and target panel wattage.
Engineered system
Helios sizes the right system: kW DC, panel count, annual yield in kWh, utility offset percentage, and a confidence score on the design.
Cost breakdown
Base system, roof-complexity adder, permitting and engineering, subtotal, Federal ITC (30%), and estimated net cost — itemized line by line.
20-year savings model
Year-one savings, payback period, annual harvest, utility offset, and 20-year net benefit — modeled against the client's actual utility bill.
Proposal ready
The full assessment, engineered system, cost breakdown, and savings model — exported as a branded PDF proposal your reps can send the same day.
// sample output
What you get back in every assessment
One proposal-ready record per property — scan, engineered system, cost, and 20-year savings. No truck roll, no second visit.
